Gary R. Davis Jr., M.D.
President & CEO
Dr. Gary Davis is a graduate of Dartmouth College, a Family Medicine Practitioner, and a United States Navy veteran. He has served as Chief Medical Officer in 2 southeastern Pennsylvania FQHCs. Dr. Davis also served as Medical Officer onboard USS Seattle (AOE-3) and as the Medical Department Head, leading a team of Medical Corpsmen and attending to the crew’s physical and occupational health and wellness during his service in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and the Persian Gulf. While deployed, he earned the Surface Warfare Medical Officer Designation and the Naval Achievement, Naval Commendation, and Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Dr. Davis completed his obligated naval service at Branch Medical Clinic/Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA. He also completed a Family Residency Internship at Naval Hospital in Bremerton, WA, and his residency in Family Medicine at Abingdon Memorial Hospital.
Letita O’Kicki, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. O’Kicki attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her BA, and completed her medical education at Temple University School of Medicine. Her postgraduate training included a general surgery internship at Pennsylvania Hospital, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at Temple University. Dr. O’Kicki is board-certified in Family Medicine and joined the Philadelphia Health Department in 1988. She served as medical director of several Health Care Centers and Director of HIV Clinical Studies. Currently, Dr. O’Kicki is a faculty member of the Crozer-Keystone Family Residency Program. She chairs many health-related committees, including QI and the IRB.
Nancy K. Koshetar, D.D.S.
Dr. Koshetar is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Dental Association of Chester County & Delaware County, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She graduated from Temple University’s School of Dentistry and earned her MBA from Widener University in 2000.
